The allegations reflect unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional misrepresentation amounting to fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence and a failure to supervise in connection with Puerto Rico bonds and Energy stocks. The damages requested are $750,000.00 and the allegations appear to include only the time frame during which Mr. Schultz was registered with Oppenheimer.
