Mr. Schultz has worked in the financial services industry since 1996. Over the course of his career, he has been registered with several FINRA firms through the 1990s, however since 1998, he has been registered through:

  • Merrll Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated in New York, NY (2002-2005)
  • Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (2005 present)

FINRA Brokercheck records reflect Mr. Schultz was registered with a FINRA Series 6 license in 1996, a Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 license in 1998, and then he added FINRA Series 9 and Series 10 licenses in 2005. The allegations reflect unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional misrepresentation amounting to fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence and a failure to supervise in connection with Puerto Rico bonds and Energy stocks. The damages requested are $750,000.00 and the allegations appear to include only the time frame during which Mr. Schultz was registered with Oppenheimer.
