Jason S. Haselkorn – Investment Fraud Lawyer

Jason Haselkorn concentrates his practice in securities arbitration, investment litigation and employment litigation.

For over 24 years, Jason has used his background and experience in the financial services industry to represent clients in large arbitration and complex litigation matters.

Jason has been a senior partner in a large law firm, before starting his own firm that prides itself on providing boutique law firm level service while providing large law firm results for clients.  Jason serves as an officer on the board of his religious organization, serves on the Board of Trustees for a multi-generation charity that awards music scholarships to students.

In March 2014, Jason was elected to serve on the Juno Beach, Florida Town Council where he has served as Mayor of the Town of Juno Beach since March 2016.

Prior legal experience also includes the legal department of a major broker-dealer firm and also experience serving as General Counsel for a regional broker-dealer and SEC-registered investment advisor firm.

Jason has previously been quoted in national publications including Forbes, as well as in regional publications in Palm Beach County and the Florida Treasure Coast, including the Palm Beach Post, and the Palm Beach Daily News.
